Items included in the registration fees

Attendance at all sessions from August 22nd to 26th, programme, conference bag, list of participants, list of sponsors, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks, during conference days and on Saturday, August 27th, transportation between hotels and venue in accordance with schedule plan, Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 21st, Assembly dinner on Wednesday, August, 24th and Farewell dinner on Saturday, August, 27th.

Attendance at all sessions from August 22nd to 24th, programme, conference bag, list of participants, list of sponsors, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks, during conference days from August 22nd to 24th, transportation between hotels and venue in accordance with schedule plan from August 22nd to 24th, Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 21st and Assembly dinner on Wednesday, August, 24th.

Attendance at the Opening Session, participation in the touristic tours, with lunches included, from Monday to Friday, August 22nd to 26th, and lunch on Saturday, August 27th, transportation between hotels and venue in accordance with schedule plan, Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 21st, Assembly dinner on Wednesday, August, 24th and Farewell dinner on Saturday, August, 27th.

Attendance at the Opening Session, participation in the touristic tours, with lunches included, from Monday to Wednesday, August 22nd to 24th, transportation between hotels and venue in accordance with schedule plan, Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 21st and Assembly dinner on Wednesday, August, 24th.

Registration fees do not include: Flights, transfers from/to the airport, or accommodation.

The Organising Committees and/or Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements in respect of personal insurance.

After registration submission the participant must proceed to the payment in section “Payments” on the Registration Portal. Payments are accepted by: Bank transfer or Credit card. Cheques are not accepted.

If cancelled before 21st July, 2016, registration fee will be refunded less 15% plus bank’s costs.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 21st July, 2016. Cancellation requests must be communicated by email to info@cirp2016.org.

Substitutions of delegates will be permitted until 21st July, 2016 and all name changes must be communicated by email to info@cirp2016.org. All substitutions of delegates must be approved by CIRP Office.
