Registration Fees

Attendance at all sessions from August 22^nd to 26^th, programme, conference bag, list of participants, list of sponsors, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks, during conference days and on Saturday, August 27^th, transportation between hotels and venue in accordance with schedule plan, Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 21^st, Assembly dinner on Wednesday, August, 24^th and Farewell dinner on Saturday, August, 27^th.

Attendance at the Opening Session, participation in the touristic tours, with lunches included, from Monday to Friday, August 22^nd to 26^th, and lunch on Saturday, August 27^th, transportation between hotels and venue in accordance with schedule plan, Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 21^st, Assembly dinner on Wednesday, August, 24^th and Farewell dinner on Saturday, August, 27^th.

The Organising Committees and/or Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements in respect of personal insurance.

After registration submission the participant must proceed to the payment in section “Payments” on the Registration Portal. Payments are accepted by: Bank transfer or Credit card. Cheques are not accepted.

If cancelled before 21^st July, 2016, registration fee will be refunded less 15% plus bank’s costs.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 21^st July, 2016. Cancellation requests must be communicated by email to .

Substitutions of delegates will be permitted until 21^st July, 2016 and all name changes must be communicated by email to . All substitutions of delegates must be approved by CIRP Office.
